It's simple: request your data export from BeReal (we'll guide you through the steps), upload the ZIP file you receive, and we'll convert your photos into a gallery you can browse and download.
Yes. Your photos are stored securely on Google Cloud Platform. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Your files are only accessible to you and are deleted after a period of inactivity.
We use trusted third-party services to provide our features: Brevo for emails, Stripe for payments, and Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, storage, and analytics. For full details, see our Data Handlers page.
You can delete your account and all associated data from the settings menu in the app. This will permanently remove your uploaded files, converted images, and account information from our systems. Please note that purchase records and invoices are retained for 8 years as required by Hungarian law.
You can upload your BeReal export and preview a selection of sample photos to make sure everything looks right before you buy. To download your full-resolution gallery, a one-time payment is required.
Conversion typically takes a few minutes depending on how many photos are in your export. You'll receive a notification when your gallery is ready to view.
